Today an enormous amount of problems in building a system of efficient education and science is on the discussion agenda in Ukraine. A decrease in the number of scientists in the country has been observed in the last 15 years. At the same time, the amount of postgraduate students and people aiming at obtaining their doctorate is increasing. Notably, similar indicators are also observed in the majority of post-soviet countries. One complicating factor is that the system of scientific personnel training in Ukraine is very restrictive and closed. The proportion of research results published using a free access scheme to the overall bulk of publications is still very small, in particular if compared to the level of ICT development. Therefore, a major part of the publications still remains inaccessible from the outside. In the first part of the paper, we consider the problem of generation of polynomial invariants of... more In the first part of the paper, we consider the problem of generation of polynomial invariants of iterative loops with operator of initialization of loop and non-singular linear operator in the loop body. In the article we also show the algorithm for calculating the basic invariants for linear operator of the Jordan cell, and an algorithm for calculating the basic invariants of diagonalizable linear operator with an irreducible minimal characteristic polynomial. The second part presents a new method for proving the invariance of the system of linear inequalities and of termination of certain linear iterative loops of imperative programs whose data are elements of the constructive linearly ordered field. The theoretical material of the paper is illustrated by examples.

Our research was carried out by the Department of Informatics, Software Engineering and Economic Cybernetics of Kherson State University. During 6 years (2009-2015) in the mentioned above Department, students’ survey regarding their satisfaction with an educational process and lecturer’ assessment by students’ had been carried out. In the process of research, students from the 1st up to the 4th years of study of the Department of Informatics, Software Engineering and Economic Cybernetics were surveyed. All the respondents were divided into two groups: interested and disinterested ones during the survey execution. In the second part, an algorithm for constructing canonical forms of linear semi-algebraic formulas is described. The main result of the study is the definition of the canonical form of a linear semi-algebraic formula that has the property of uniqueness and other useful properties. An algorithm for constructing such a formula is described.

Information System of Scientific Activity Indicators of Scientific Organizations: Development Status and Prospects

Nowadays ICT are one of main ways to arrange and create effective tools for organizing the intera... more Nowadays ICT are one of main ways to arrange and create effective tools for organizing the interaction and processing large amount of information. In our opinion, information of university’s scientific activity should be presented in the rating form, which gives an opportunity to analyze development in different directions and changes. The key idea of the article is presenting of our experience in developing rating system for universities based on scientist's scientometric indices. The system provides open data from different scientometric systems, such as Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science and Semantic Scholar. The possibility of automatical construction of a rating of scientists, research groups and organizations (as well as their structural subdivisions) is described.

In this regard, the main objectives of the paper are the analysis and display of the obtained results of research of IT specialties students' readiness of Ukrainian universities to use information technology in the educational process.

There are many tools for simulation modeling of behavior in different domains but there is lack of examples in literature on the usage for tokenomic modeling. The paper considers the formal methods approach for tokenomic modeling. Thus, this article provides a brief description of the technology and the methods and tools developed by the authors for token economy modeling and for the analysis and study of its properties. The article also describes the formalization of the tokenomics model on the example of the SKILLONOMY project and presents the specific and symbolic SKILLONOMY models and its simulation results. The formalization and properties analysis is considered with usage of insertion modeling platform.
