These operations are performed with the help of various machineries. Drilling operation is one of the most important operations in industries. Generally these operations are carried out by two types of drilling machines, these are Bench drilling Machine & another is hand Drill machine. The bench drill machine can be used for the heavy operations but for performing many operations it get failed. It requires multi spindle machine for doing the same. In case of hand drill machine, the maximum efforts from the human are required, these machines are heavy also. This universal drilling machine is a combination of both hand drill machine and bench drill machine, which is designed to obtain the better result with reduced efforts and time too. Be... more In India, these days, the solicitation for electric bicycles continues expanding step by step. Be that as it may, as indicated by the office foundation and in contemplations of India's best electric bikes, it is nearly difficult to utilize such electric bicycles for long excursions till today. Likewise, such bicycles set aside an excess of effort to get completely energized. To limit these downsides, we will see an idea of the crossover bike utilizing the Stirling Engine in this paper. The fundamental explanation for choosing the Stirling motor is, it is eco-accommodating and doesn't need a particular warmth source as a fuel. In straight words, this idea has a place in the law of energy preservation. This paper includes the concept, functions, and testing of the developed model along with an explanation of various tests performed to calibrate the performance.

But according to the facility infrastructure and in considerations with India's best electric bikes, it is nearly impossible to use such electric bike for long journeys till today. Also such bikes take too much time for get fully charged. In order to minimize these drawbacks, we are going to see a concept of hybrid bicycle using Stirling Engine in this paper. The main reason behind to select Stirling engine is, it is eco-friendly and do not require any specific heat source as a fuel. In simple words, this concept belongs to the law of energy conservation.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have become a new information collection and monitoring solution ... more Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) have become a new information collection and monitoring solution for a variety of applications. Faults occurring to sensor nodes are common due to the sensor device itself and the unfavorable environmental conditions where the sensor nodes are deployed. In order to ensure the network quality of service it is necessary for the WSN to be able to detect the faults and take necessary actions to avoid further degradation of the network or the system. This paper presents a survey of various fault models developed for the fault detection and diagnosis. We discussed various fault detection techniques mainly focused on the areas of cooling, temperature and sensor readings respectively. We also discussed the diagnosis techniques required for the recovery of the fault in the network. In this project, the wireless networking system is used in the form of sensors for the purpose to find out the variation in the dimensions of the product. These variations are calculated by using Ultrasonic Distance Sensor and the data has been calculated or diagnosis has been done by using Arduino. The infrared proximity sensor is used to detect the exact location of metal product. Also a pneumatic actuator helps for the sorting of faulty products.

So to fulfill these kind of needs we have to develop more productive machineries. The main purpose of the research paper is to explain the design and developed hydraulic powered roller bending machine. It is used for Construction, Aerospace, and Automobiles & Industrial. It's time consumption process. It reduces human effort and also required low less skill to operate this machine. We are designing hydraulic powered roller bending machine with use of roller, bearing, hydraulic jack, & support (frame). The objective of the subject is to make new design of manually and hydraulically operated roller bending machine and stress acting on Metal after bending of Metal. The Metal bending machine is use to bend Metal in different angle shape and curvature as requirement of work. The machine is useful to bend different thickness Metal as per the requirement of shop. The machine is fully portable type and less weight and easy to assemble and disassemble. The can operate unskilled operator.

During combustion, are formed not only carbon dioxide and water, but still a lot of other products of combustion and incomplete combustion. The emissions exhausted in to the surrounding pollute the atmosphere and causes various problems such as global warming, acid rain, smog, odors, respiratory and other health hazards. Knowledge of the mechanisms and the pathways of formation allow the use of so-called primary methods of reducing emissions and thereby reduce emissions to the atmosphere. In this paper we are going to focus on the basic mechanisms of pollutant formation in continuous-flow combustors internal combustion engines and gas cleaning systems. We are also going to have a glance at various pollutants and their effects on environment as well as on human. The main pollutants contributed by I.C. engines are CO, NOX unburned hydrocarbons (HC) and other particulate emissions. Other sources such as Electric power stations industrial and domestic fuel consumers also add pollution like NOX, SO2 and particulate matters. In addition to this, all fuel burning systems emit CO2 in large quantities and this is more concerned with the Green House Effect which is going to decide the health of earth. Lot of efforts are made to reduce the air pollution from petrol and diesel engines and regulations for emission limits are also imposed in USA and in a few cities of India. An extensive analysis of energy usage and pollution shows that alternative power systems are still a long way behind the conventional ones.

There are various linkages and joints are made in its construction which delivers the more flexibility in the operation. The vertical column is made in such a way that it can rotate in circular direction. The arm gives angular up and down motion and the final are gives directional stability and it holds the motor and further assembly to perform work.

There is no availability of electricity throughout the country for all 24hrs of a day. Series Hybrid Electro Petroleum Bicycle is basically electric bicycle which needs plug-ins to charge the battery. Due to the electricity issues this SHEPB is not suitable to use throughout the India. We made a modification to overcome these problems. We have been design a system which works by using human effort. This human power is gives to the crankshaft of an Engine to start it. We added pedal system attached to the crankshaft by means of belt drive. These pedals are directly attached to the driven wheel by using chain sprocket mechanism. An alternator is attached to the crankshaft of an engine and battery is connected to the battery which is used to store the charge and to utilize it to drive the motor. This modified SHEPB works on the principle of conservation of energy. We convert the human power to the mechanical power and then mechanical energy is stored in the form of electrical energy by using battery. Then further this stored electrical energy is gets converted to do mechanical work by using motor. The engine is used to drive the vehicle till battery gets fully charged. There is no any such vehicle is exists in Indian market till today.
