INGREDIENTS 1/2 cup of mayo 2 TBSP of red wine vinegar 1/2 tsp of salt 1 tsp of dried oregano, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes 1/3 cup pepperoncinis peppers drained 1/3 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese 8 oz shredded iceberg lettuce 1/2 of a red onion thinly sliced Sandwich bread Ham Salami Pepperoni Provolone Sliced tomato INSTRUCTIONS In a large bowl, mix together mayo, red wine vinegar, salt, oregano, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Stir well. Add pepperoncinis peppers or banana pepper rings, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 a sliced red onion, and shredded lettuce. Stir everything together well and let sit while you make the sandwiches. P
