Hazelnut Cake:  ☕️🌰
•240ml (1cup) Milk (Unsweetened hazelnut milk or any milk of your choice)
•2 teaspoons White Vinegar
•145g (2/3 cup) Light Brown Sugar
•50g (1/4cup) Granulated Sugar
•2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
•80ml (1/3cup) Oil (neutral oil)
•195g (1+ ½ cup) All Purpose Flour
•190g (2 cups) Hazelnut Flour (store bought or homemade) 🌰
•2 teaspoons Instant Coffee
•3 teaspoons Baking Powder 
•1/4 tsp Salt
