Two years ago i developed a grinder sub pasta salad and it went super viral online!! This year I made it with tortellini + changed a few things and i can honestly say this is hands down the best pasta salad i've everrrrr madeeee!!!!! My friends and family who got to taste test over the weekend were raving too!! The old-school tasting grinder sub dressing is major key, the longer you let the onions marinate in it, the more flavor!! You can obviously customize the other ingredients in the pasta salad to match up to whatever your favorite sandwich components are!
