Warm up the milk till it’s lukewarm. Add the warm milk into your bowl attached to a stand mixer. (If you don’t have a stand mixer use your hands). 2. Add the egg, yeast, sugar and stirr till dissolved. 3. Add in your flour and mix on low to medium speed for 3-5 minutes before adding the salt and butter and mix on high speed for 5-6 more minutes. 4. Grease a bowl and form the dough into a ball and place into the greased bowl. Cover with plastic foil. 5. Let it proof for 1-2 hours

Lay one piece of pastry flat on a piece of baking paper. 2. Spread nutella over in an even coat. I melted the jar of nutella for 30s in the microwave so it was easier to spread. 3. Lay the other piece of pastry on top so all the edges line up perfectly. 4. Using a pizza cutter, cut the pastry into 14-16 thin strips. 5.
