Date Rose Cardamom Smoothie
10min · 1 serving 🌹 Kharjoor Mantha or Date Smoothie🌹 • 2-3 Dates soaked in warm water to soften • Fresh or dried Rose Blossoms (optional) • pinch Himalayan Salt • 1/4 tsp ground Cardamom Combine soaked softened dates to 1 cup water with salt and cardamom and blend high.
