Request a JPEG example JPG RIP 075, 035, and 090

I request a JPEG example from the original image into each type of compression amount, so that I can see the eventual decrease in JPEG quality. I used this website to compress, but there seems to be a discrepency with the consistancy of the byte sizes. Does anyone know what tool was used in that JPEG example JPG RIP 100, 50, 25, 10, and 1?
