Description
English: The most complicated part of such projects is the ongoing maintenance. This is only possible if the community is organised. So it was great to see a member of the committee doing the rounds to see if people were signing up. He is also responsible for making sure that all those who ask for a water meter have built a cesspit before they are connected. This way we can stop open defecation. The committee was trained as part of the project.
