This picture, view of YangJe-Cheon(meaning Yangje stream) in Seoul, was taken by a Korean photographer, named Kim An-Soo.

I got a permission from his homepage about using this picture for Wikipedia.

The residential towers in this picture are still undergoing its final stages of construction. The towers were completed in 2004.
