Description
中文（臺灣）：顏國年邸

1. 本物件為顏國年邸之黑白照。池塘後方有兩棟二層樓和洋式建築，池塘邊植滿各式樹木。

2. 顏國年（1886－1937），本名瀛州，字陽三，基隆人。一戰時與其兄一同經營煤礦事業，之後與日本財團合資組「臺北炭礦株式會社」（改組為「臺陽礦業」）與「基隆炭礦株式會社」，後擴張成立「海山炭礦株式會社」，投資南部交通，海山輕鐵、南洋倉庫、臺灣水產、禮和商行、臺北自動車、基隆商工信用組合、大成火災海上會社等事業，成多角化經營之企業組織。基隆顏家在日治時期，與板橋林家、霧峰林家、鹿港辜家、高雄陳家，並列為臺灣五大家族。顏家宅園名為「陋園」，位於基隆市區，以日式為主融合西式風格，但今已不存。
