Description
English: Spinach (Spinachie)

Nature: Cold and humid in the first degree, of moderate warmth at other times. Optimum: Those leaves still wet with rain water. Usefulness: They are good for a cough and for the chest. Dangers: They disturb the digestion. Neutralization of the Dangers: Fried with salted water, or with vinegar and aromatic herbs. Effects: Moderately nourishing. They are good for warm temperaments, for the young, at all times, and in every region.
