Description
English: Sulphur springs on the Seiser Alm.
Deutsch: Schwefelquelle bei Tirler auf der Seiseralm. Geologisches Naturdenkmal:Eigentlich sind es zwei Quellen, eine zweite findet man nämlich ein paar Meter weiter. Diese dringen am oberen Rand einer sumpfigen Waldlichtung aus dem Waldboden hervor. Beide Quellen sind nicht gefasst. Bei der größeren ist ein hölzernes Brünnlein angebracht. Wer trinken will, kann es tun: giftig ist die Schwefelquelle nicht, im Gegenteil, das Wasser soll eine entschlackende Wirkung haben. Aber gut schmeckt das Wasser auch nicht. Es riecht nach faulen Eiern. Dieses mineralhaltige Wasser hat das hölzerne Brünnlein an der Innenseite weißgebleicht, ebenso das Reisig und die Fichtenzapfen, die in der Quelle liegen..
Italiano: Sorgente di acqua solforosa sull Alpe di Siusi - Si tratta in sostanza di due sorgenti, la seconda si trova alcuni metri piú avanti. Queste scaturiscono al margine superiore di una radura paludosa. Entrambe le sorgenti non sono incanalate. Presso la piú grande é stata posta una fontanella in legno.Chi vuole bere lo puó fare: la sorgente solforosa non é velenosa - dovrebbe avere al contrario un buon effetto dimagrante. Buona peró l'acqua non é, puzza di uova marce. Questa acqua contenente minerali ha sbiancato la fontanella di legno al suo interno, cosí come i rami e gli abeti nei dintorni della sorgente.
