DescriptionRKO backlot buildings.jpg | 2D image, exported from a 3D model, of a building that once existed, until 1976, on the now demolished RKO Studios backlot called Forty Acres. The buildings were used as film sets and appeared on the popular television series The Andy Griffith Show behind the fictional Mayberry courthouse and Sheriff Andy Taylor's (Andy Griffith) office. They were seen occasionally on the show during the series run, and once briefly on Star Trek in the episode entitled "Miri". |
