Description
Français : Le Rosenmeer est un petit ruisseau développé en grande partie par l'Homme.

En effet, Rosheim, à la fin du moyen-âge, était déjà une ville reconnue mais elle ne disposait de ressources hydriques comparés à ses voisines toutes installées sur des cours d'eau, il fallait réagir. C'est chose faite en creusant et détournant des cours existants à partir de la Magel voisine pour se jeter dans l'Ehn. Son étymologie se rapporte également à la cité de la rose et y ajoutant le suffixe -meer pour cour d'eau en alsacien.

NB : La ville de Rosheim a gardé en place et a reconstruit certains des équipements autour de ce ruisseau. Un très cours parcours le long de l'eau permet de découvrir les lavoirs municipaux et leur histoire.
