| Description |
English: Leez Priory This was the site of an Augustinian Priory built in the 13th Century and dissolved during the Reformation in 1536. It was granted to Lord Rich who built a house on the site (much changed since then). He was given the task of keeping Princess Elizabeth prisoner here during the reign of her half-sister Mary. |
