Description
English: "To Captain Ernesto Burzagli of Italian Navy: One gold cup is hereby presented. August 30, 1922 Count Ohgimachi, President of Decorations Bureau [seal]" It's not possible to phonetically read Count Ohgimachi's first name. (The characters that represent his first name could be pronounced several ways. Also note that ranks and honors of Capt. Burzagli and Count Ohgimachi are also on the document but I could not locate offcial translation. The literal translation of Capt. Burzagli's honor would be "the third order". Likewise, Count Ohgimachi seems to carry the rank and honor of "right second rank and the Grand Cordon of the Order" Translated by Gewurz55 from Japanese Wikipedia.
