Beschrijving volgens kunstenaar: In Drenthe is de horizon recht of glooiend, met doorkijkjes. In dit kunstwerk wordt de glooiende lijn verbeeld in de blauwe lijn met kegels. De kegelvormen zijn naar elkaar gericht alsof ze elkaar iets vertellen. De kegelvormen, de denkbeeldige vertellers en de lucht weerspiegelen samen in het gepolijste grondvlak van het beeld. Het is als het ware alsof de oude verhalen zich in het oude landschap Drenthe weerspiegelen of andersom. |
