Description
Français : Foyer d'affinage bergamasque pendant la deuxième étape : la cuisson, ou pâtissage. La mazelle est chauffée à feu doux, pour former une masse homogène, le cotizzo (italien), ou le coti de mazelle (français).
English: Bergamasque finery furnace during the second step : baking. The mazelle is heated at a soft fire, to form a homogneneous mass, the cotizzo (italian), or mazelle (french).
