Description Sculpture on former Queen's Hotel, Barnsley, West Yorkshire, England. It is a Grade II listed building, designed by Wade & Turner, and completed in 1874. The stone carving was executed by Benjamin Payler. As of 2017 the building had been converted to offices. Showing Celtic-style decoration over a window. It includes two mythical animal-heads, leaves and flowers, and the St George cross in the centre.
