Description
English: 150826-N-RN782-068: POLARIS POINT, Guam (August 26, 2015) – Capt. Mark Benjamin, commanding officer of the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40), is piped aboard by the side boys for the Frank Cable’s (AS 40) change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Capt. Drew St. John relieved Benjamin as Frank Cable’s commanding officer. Frank Cable, forward deployed to the island of Guam, conducts maintenance and support of submarines and surface vessels deployed to the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
