Summary

[edit]
Description Arctostaphylos glandulosa ssp. glandulosa (Eastwood manzanita) photographed on Mt. Diablo. This is the rare Mt. Diablo Manzanita, Arctostaphylos auriculata. It quickly became one of my favorite species of manzanita, there is also one other species in this set, though I forget the name. Arctostaphylos auriculata is the one with grey-ish foliage and leaves that point upwards. It's flower bracts point upwards, as well.
