Built in 1955 (with retractable pilothouse) by St. Louis Shipbuilding & Steel Co., St. Louis, Missouri Originally named "Tom Ragsdale", operated by the Ohio River Co., Cincinnati, Ohio In 1973, sold to Inland Rivers Service Corp., Cincinnati, Ohio, and renamed "Ricky Lee" In 1974, sold to Columbia Marine Service, Ludlow, Kentucky In 1979, renamed "John K" In 1981, burned near Evansville, Indiana Sold to Tradewater Towing Co., Paducah, Kentucky In 1982, rebuilt at Paducah (with non-retractable pilothouse), sold to Marvel Marine Services, Inc., Paducah, and renamed "Red Marvel" In 1983, sold to Mound City Sand Co.; operated by Delta Materials, Inc., Shawneetown, Illinois In 1998, sold to Northstar Navigation, Inc., Paducah, and renamed "Polaris" In 2004, sold to Millenium Trading Corp., Baton Rouge, Louisiana Sold or leased to Viking Marine Transportation In 2005, sank at New Iberia, Louisiana
