Description
English: Piston fillers measure and dispense free flowing products – such as thin and/or moderately dense liquids – onto a container. Each machine is equipped with one or more volumetric pistons. Each fill/release cycle consists of an intake stroke, where the product is withdrawn from the container or hopper and taken into the product cylinder. The down stroke commences as soon as the product cylinder has reached its predetermined fill level. The piston pushes the product out of the cylinder and into the container.
Español: Las llenadoras de pistón miden y dispensan productos de flujo libre, como líquidos delgados y/o moderadamente densos, en un contenedor. Cada máquina está equipada con uno o más pistones volumétricos. Cada ciclo de llenado/liberación consta de una carrera de admisión, donde el producto se retira del contenedor o tolva y se lleva al cilindro del producto. La carrera descendente comienza tan pronto como el cilindro de producto alcanza su nivel de llenado predeterminado. El pistón empuja el producto fuera del cilindro y dentro del contenedor.
Ελληνικά: Τα πληρωτικά εμβόλων μετρούν και διανέμουν προϊόντα ελεύθερης ροής – όπως λεπτά ή/και μέτρια πυκνότητα υγρών – σε ένα δοχείο. Κάθε μηχανή είναι εξοπλισμένη με ένα ή περισσότερα ογκομετρικά έμβολα. Κάθε κύκλος πλήρωσης/απελευθέρωσης αποτελείται από μια διαδρομή εισαγωγής, όπου το προϊόν αποσύρεται από το δοχείο ή τη χοάνη και εισάγεται στον κύλινδρο του προϊόντος. Η διαδρομή προς τα κάτω ξεκινά μόλις ο κύλινδρος του προϊόντος φτάσει στο προκαθορισμένο επίπεδο πλήρωσης. Το έμβολο σπρώχνει το προϊόν έξω από τον κύλινδρο και μέσα στο δοχείο.
