These are logos with license tag {{PD-textlogo}} which appear to be beyond the threshold of originality.

Seeing the amount of bogus license claims and copyright violations, I doubt these are own works. PNG files, so probably copied from the Internet.

Hm... File:Viadotto Salinello A14 2023.png looks to me like a scan (using Gimp) from a badly mutilated color slide. The other two pics have also traces of Gimp scans. This doesn't look like a grab from the Internet to me. --AFBorchert (talk) 06:04, 6 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Commons:NOP Kuwait lists among unprotected works "Single words, short phrases, ... symbols and familiar designs. Protection shall apply to the sum of the foregoing if its collection is characterized by innovation in ranking, display or classification without the protection of the content provided." I take that to mean protection applies to a work with innovation in ranking, display etc. of unprotected words, symbols and designs. That is very vague. But the second logo contains more than symbols and familiar designs. I have no idea what case law has said. Aymatth2 (talk) 19:57, 10 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]
