All those files are drawings made by French artist Stéphane Lemarchand, but there's no proof he gave his authorization.
The OTRS procedure seems to have been initiated for the following files, uploaded by the same user on 2 October (so we should check the email as well) :

- File:Denis Brogniart.jpg
- File:Caricature de Stéphane Lemarchand.jpg
- File:Caricature Emmanuel Macron.jpg
- File:Raymond et le dragon 2007.jpg

- Keep the files that have the OTRS-pending template. The current OTRS backlog is about two months. The template exists precisely to avoid deletion nominations in the meantime (unless the claim is believed to be bogus or there's another reason to delete). In the present case, it seems that good faith can be assumed. So, those files should not be nominated for deletion without a reason. If the license is not confirmed after the normal time, the files will come up for deletion. Keep should also apply to files to which the inexperienced uploader obviously tried to add the template but made an unfortunate typo and to files to which she has added the template since the nomination. Also, I suspect that the fact that she omitted the template in other files is by negligence, not to indicate that there was to be no permission. Thus, keep should extend to files, if any, to which the uploader will add the OTRS-pending template in the next few days from now. Files, if any, to which the uploader does not add the template after a few days could be deleted, I suppose. -- Asclepias (talk) 19:18, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Hi @Asclepias: Just to be clear, I didn't nominate the files that had the OTRS-pending template for deletion. I only mentioned them to bring attention to what the uploader did on earlier files, and if the email could be checked. But the deletion template isn't present on those files, except on this one, but it was added after i began the procedure. Regards --Titlutin (talk) 20:32, 13 October 2017 (UTC)
- Keep An OTRS Permission has finally been sent and validated for all these files. --Titlutin (talk) 13:30, 28 October 2017 (UTC)
- I am not satisfied with the authenticity of the ticket. Further evidence is needed to verify ownership and copyright status. Jon Kolbert (talk) 18:14, 2 November 2017 (UTC)
- Having looked into it further, it looks good! Closing as keep. Jon Kolbert (talk) 18:31, 2 November 2017 (UTC)
