- Regarding your photo, you took an image of a copyrighted work of architecture, and the U.A.E. does not allow Freedom of Panorama. As there is no FoP, you still need commercial Creative Commons licensing clearance from the author of the famous building, Architect Tom Wright. In only a few countries like Singapore and the United Kingdom, there are FoP laws that removes the need for photographers and end-users to secure licensing permits from architects or sculptors to commercially-distribute their photos of copyrighted public landmarks. Delete, no FoP on the United Arab Emirates, and so images of this famous building cannot be freely licensed commercially. Work is under architect Tom Wright's copyright. See also Category:Burj Al Arab-related deletion requests/deleted. _ JWilz12345 (Talk|Contrib's.) 22:59, 2 April 2024 (UTC)
