The fonts are not simple enough as to avoid atracting copyright.
I should mention as well Metallica's: COPYRIGHT & TRADEMARK FAQ: wich states: "you may not register Metallica's name either alone, or with other words, or their stylized lettering or logos, with any governmental agency, i.e. U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Secretary of State, foreign trademark offices, etc." Belgrano (talk) 02:48, 2 August 2009 (UTC)
Keep, it is just a simple font. No gradients or relief effects, no illumination... The FAQ quote is about trademark restrictions only, and we don't care about that. –Tryphon☂ 15:01, 2 August 2009 (UTC)- Keep The FAQ seems to be talking only about trademark; looks like they accept it is uncopyrightable. - Then why is the section called "Copyright & Trademark FAQ"? Have in mind the Napster issue as well, the Commons:Project scope/Precautionary principle always applies, but even more with Metallica Belgrano (talk) 23:58, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
