Derivative work of software. Stefan4 (talk) 15:54, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
- The OS of a smartphone is a utilitarian object in everyday use. I just don't see any copyright issue here. Deleting this would be like not allowing a picture of an alarm clock with a copyrighted font.Intermittentgardener (talk) 16:01, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
- Also, Android has an open license and I do not see any icons for non-free software.Intermittentgardener (talk) 16:12, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
- Computer software doesn't count as a utilitarian object. See COM:SS#Software. Only certain parts of Android are freely licensed and it is unclear whether the parts shown here are freely licensed or not. --Stefan4 (talk) 16:17, 7 February 2014 (UTC)
