The image is posted using an Attribution license and notes that anyone is allowed to use it provided the copyright holder is properly attributed. The company provided verbal permission to upload the page. [User:Hkeely|Hkeely]] (talk) 21:43, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
- If you're saying that the only permission granted was verbal permission to you, that is not sufficient. My understanding is that Commons requires the copyright holder to directly provide permission -- either by direct contact to Commons, or a notice on their website. --Traveling Man (talk) 22:08, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
