This file was initially tagged by Edward as Copyvio (Copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Unlikely to be genuinely Creative Commons. Flickr account contains pictures from various sources, including film posters, all marked as Creative Commons.
Converted by me to DR, as this issue requires a bit of investigation and discussion. I agree with the nominator that this Flickr-account looks a bit fishy. -- Túrelio (talk) 22:21, 12 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

From a purely technical view the photo (taken in 2011, but uploaded on Flickr only in 2013) was previously published via (example) http://www.spletnik.ru/blogs/pro_zvezd/36215_alexander_skarsgrd (2011) = http://i019.radikal.ru/1108/8a/88972095f041.jpg (last modified: 2011, identical exif: copyrighted work by US photographer "Doug Meszler / Splash News" = unlikely Taiwan based Flickr user "bangdoll"). Permission needed. "(...) this Flickr-account looks a bit fishy" --> would confirm this...
