ticket:2012091910009677. While normally OTRS tickets are secret, I am quoting the complaint verbatim because that's the only way to adequately convey the reasons for deletion: "A photograph Wikipedia is using is a collage of different pictures.

You'll notice that on the Wikipedia page "Golpe de Estado 1973" (Attribution: Biblioteca del Congreso Nacional) there is a "no-parking sign" where there should be a "traffic light", the area of the newspaper shop on the right has been blacked-out and the woman calmly walking on the left is apparently not aware(!) that a screaming fighter-jet just fired a couple of rockets into the Moneda. The portion of the photograph used, the part of the Moneda being hit by rockets, is most likely a photocopy of a magazine or newspaper article. The copyright holder is either Chas Gerretsen or Sylvain Julienne since we were the only two photographers there. This photograph is used in many of Wikipedia's files globally.   •  Keep. The particular plume of smoke coming out of this photo does not match any of the linked-to photos (also, the last link doesn't work).
