Derivative work of a photo with unknown author and permission, uploaded under the erroneous assumption that the original photographer's permission is not needed: "...this is not a photo, but a graphic picture that I created myself on the basis of a photo. According to copyright law [urheberrechtlich], a reworked photo counts as the work of the graphic artist if it has has significant differences to the original. This is the case with my graphic picture." ([1], my translation). The original photo appears to be the same as used on this 2003 book cover. HaeB (talk) 01:19, 4 November 2013 (UTC)
