Copyright vio. The Flickr uploader of this image claims to have sourced the image from the website "The Unrivaled Dragonball Source" (presumably the page I have included an archived URL for which has other photos of Mr. Toriyama at the convention), which has a copyright disclaimer at the bottom of its pages dissuading reuse of its content, and the image does not otherwise appear to be freely licensed. https://web.archive.org/web/20021209133951/http://www.dragonball-gt.com/unrivaled/misc/toriyama/nycparty/pictures.htm Spiritofase (talk) 01:07, 10 March 2024 (UTC)

• Update: I've found an archive of the F.A.Q. page on dragonball-gt.com from about 10 days after they uploaded the images.

  This is the best place I can find where they address the licensing status of the images, and while they allow some reuse of images, they definitely aren't allowed to be used by anyone for any purpose at any time, i.e. not freely licensed under COM:Licensing.
