According to the NAC statement, photos from this archive group are in the Public Domain. https://www.nac.gov.pl/wp-content/uploads/2015/09/190525-Collections-with-copyrights-info.pdf

The photo description does not include the date. First, I wrote "circa 1930", but then I realized that the details of the uniform, especially epaulettes, indicate that it was made in 1920 or even earlier. but then I realized that a better quality photograph is to be found in the NAC collection.

The remaining photographs are copies from books published in 1991 and 1993. However, the originals used by the authors of the books come from the personal files of soldiers from the Central Military Archives Poland. Plik wykorzystywany w artykule Wikipedii o Franciszku Pytlu. Jest sygnał, że nie przedstawia osoby ppor. Pytla. Z pewnością inne zdjęcie pilota przedstawia zupełnie inną twarz. Jako źródło podajesz "Ku czci poległych lotników..." z 1933 roku, a Pytel żył w 1939. Czy możesz podać, na której stronie owej księgi pod red. Romeyki jest zdjęcie? Książka pod redakcją M. Romeyki "Ku czci poległych lotników", wydana w roku 1933, poświęcona jest nie tylko poległym lotnikom; przedstawia też historię lotnictwa i jego stan aktualny. Fotografia Franciszka Pytla (ppor. pilot) znajduje się na stronie 171. Ale zgadzam się z tym, że zdjęcie jest na tyle słabe, że nie warto go zamieszczać w artykule. Kwestionariusze kawalerów Orderu Virtuti Militari, w których można znaleźć dobre zdjęcia, zostały udostępnione on-line przez Centralne Archiwum Wojskowe dopiero pod koniec roku 2022.
