Works that are not Objects of Copyright: a) formal documents (laws, judgments, other texts of administrative and legal nature), and also their official translations; b) state symbols and signs (flag, coat of arms, anthem, awards, banknotes and other signs); c) reports on events and facts, which have a purely informational character; d) works of folk arts.
Note: According to interstate and international compacts Turkmenistan is the legal successor of the Turkmen SSR, therefore this license tag is also applicable to official symbols and formal documents of the Turkmen SSR. Warning: This license tag cannot be applied to proposed official symbols and drafts of the formal documents, which can be copyrighted.
