- Just wanted to note (based on the above discussion) that the DoJ credit might not necessarily signify PD, particularly if it's courtesy of the dept. For instance, this credits the state dept for an image that they likely did not take themselves, though it is credited to them all the same. It'd be nice if the DoJ were to host the Garland image on their own site to confirm that it is their copyright to release.

- It appears more of the sources have credited the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit itself for the photo. -- Cirt (talk) 03:21, 26 March 2016 (UTC)
