English: USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) Search and Rescue member, Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Tyler Richards, uses Hospital Corpsman 2nd Class Cliff Grandin to describe the use of a SAR flotation device to officers of the Vietnam People's Navy during a SAR training exchange. John S. McCain is playing host to several exchanges with the Vietnam People's Navy during their visit here to commemorate the 15th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and the United States.
