English: Soldiers from the Japanese Ground Self Defense Force practice simulated casualty drills during a helocast preparation exercise aboard Camp Pendleton, Calif., Jan. 28, 2011. The event was part of Exercise Iron Fist 2012, a bilateral amphibious training exercise between the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit and the JGSDF.
