Deutsch: Die Vorderen Tormäuer sind ein nördlicher Teil des Durchbruchstales der Erlauf durch das Ötschermassiv (Detailangaben siehe Dateinamen). Ein Fußweg begleitet die Erlauf, eine Straßenverbindung gibt es nicht, die 12 km lange Panoramastraße (nur für Pkw, bei Steinschlaggefahr gesperrt, Wintersperre) am oberen Teil der Steilhänge schafft jedoch eine Verbindung zu den Fußsteigen zwischen Sulzbichl und Trübenbach. Die vorderen Tormäuer sind hauptsächlich von drei Seiten erreichbar, wovon der Zugang aus Sulzbichl über die Trefflingfälle zwar der kürzeste, aber auch der steilste ist (Stiegenanlage, Geländer, Trittsicherheit notwendig). Das Toreck ist eine Engstelle in den Vorderen Tormäuern, wo der Fluss Erlauf auf wenige Meter eingeengt wird. |
