English: National Westminster Bank. National Westminster Bank situated on the corner of Silver Street and Land of Green Ginger. 1907 by Dunn & Watson, London. Pevsner describes it thus "Seven-by-five bay block, three storeys with heavy moulded rustication to ground floor, segmental hoods to first floor windows. Carved lions' heads to parapet and chimneystacks. Arched entrance with balcony over. Good contemporary interior." |
