Description U.S. Airmen with the 139th Civil Engineer Squadron, Missouri Air National Guard form a line to thank Sgt. Raitis Zeps of the Latvian National Armed Forces after the reconstruction of the Naujenu Orphanage near Daugavpils, Latvia, July 22, 2015. The Airmen were participating in a Humanitarian Civic Assistance project through the United Sates European Command that pairs units training requirements with humanitarian needs.
