English: Sign D10-4 “Enhance Reference Location Sign” from the Ohio Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices (OMUTCD). The 2009 edition of the national Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices allowed the background to be either blue or green [1], but the 11th edition standardized on green, discontinuing the blue option.
