Description
Español: Monumento conmemorativo dedicado al último tranvía de Málaga, España. El último trayecto de los antiguos tranvías de la ciudad se realizó en el año 1961, tras lo cual fueron desguazados. El tranvía número 63 se salvó del desguace porque se reservó para participar en el rodaje de la película Lawrence de Arabia de 1962 (Vázquez, Alfonso. «Historia del transporte que 'salvó' David Lean». La Opinión de Málaga, 29 de marzo de 2020. Consultado el 5 de julio de 2020).​ Durante varios años estuvo ubicado en el paseo marítimo Pablo Ruiz Picasso, de donde fue retirado por el Ayuntamiento en 2008 para su restauración. El tranvía se presentó restaurado en 2010, y en 2014 se instaló donde se encuentra actualmente, en la plaza Manuel Díaz Millán.
