Deutsch: Ehem. Bürgerhaus; später Filmtheater Capitol, drei- bzw. viergeschossiger Eckbau mit Satteldach und Giebelfassade zur Maximilianstraße, im Kern 16./17. Jahrhundert, Fassade mehrfach umgestaltet, zuletzt durch Paul Gerne um 1920/25.
