Summary
editDescriptionDollywaggon Pike from Grisedale.jpg |
English: Upper Grisedale. Dollywagon Pike dominates the skyline. The rocky knoll is mapped as "Post" although I am not sure if that name actually refers to the knoll. The spoil heap on the left just out of the shadow of St. Sunday Crag is one of the minor workings of the Eagle Crag lead mine. Judging by the amount of spoil this drive was short lived, the main workings being across the dale. |
