English: Foi criada através da Lei nº 286 de 25 de agosto de 1978 e desenhada por Antônio Silvio do Egito, vencedor de um concurso realizado pelo Centro de Educação Rural Coronel João Francisco (hoje EREM Cel. João Francisco),com alunos para elaboração de uma bandeira para São Vicente Férrer.
CARACTERÍSTICAS DA BANDEIRA Num campo creme, em escudo a presenta motivos que lembram a história do Município. A arvore - Aprimeira feira; A capela do Rosário - Uma das primeiras construções; Os Morros - Contraste em nosso relevo; OS rios - Comuns em nosso território. Na base do escudo nossas riquezas agrícolas (cana de açúcar,banana e uva) e sobrepondo, uma faixa com o nome do município e as datas de origem e da emancipação política. |
