Rationale

• Reason: Newly created account which immediately vandalized a pending deletion request of Von Luxburg's uploads (removing deletion rationale and an editor's comments), removed deletion notices from related images without reason, and edited file(s) related to the "Von Luxborg" family (e.g. File:GvL-Wappen.jpg) that were not uploaded by Von Luxborg.
