Rationale

• Reason: - Sharadtriyama has been in an edit war at en:Julia Allison, because he does not like the image uploaded. It appears he has sockpuppeteered often to replace the image. He then uploaded an image here: Image:Julia Allison Headshot Smiling.jpg, but an administrator was not fooled by it, and removed the image. Oddly, a few hours later, the same image under almost exactly the same title was uploaded: Image:Julia Allison Headshot.jpg by a person claiming to be the subject herself. This is unacceptable, and at very least the images should be deleted and the sockpuppet blocked. Patstuart (talk) 06:58, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

Note: Allisonjulia NOT Julia Allison. Her IP (dynamic) can be found here. I don't know Lar, this may be Arthur Ellis due to the Canadian IPs, IP editing Rachel Marsden page editing a talk page before he/she gets to Allison's, one sock editing to Arthur Ellis CU page on en.. • The IPs apparenty are Unrelated ...If you want me to check further there can you give me a bit more to go on. Sharadtriyama's IP does not geographically correlate to Ottawa, different country. I also don't quite see the connection to Arthur_Ellis
• I checked on en:wp and it is highly likely that Sharadtriayama does match across wikis, same IP. There are a lot of innocent users on en on that IP. There are a few innocent users on commons on that IP as well. Blocking the IP is contraindicated, especially on en. Block the users here as needed. ++Lar: t/c 11:57, 7 February 2008 (UTC)
