Rationale

Reason: Both of them uploading files in topic of Missoula. The last of MegaPackerboy was in 5.10.2010 - a copyvio file and Fliker washing attempt. He or she uploaded a lot of copyvio files and blocked for a week for this. The first (and the only so far) upload of MegaPackerman is a copyvio file in 5.10.2010.
